Job Description

    Candidate must have excellent command over English language since we are dealing with International Customers.  

    • Attend to phone calls from temples etc and respond to their queries after consulting concerned departments (like accounts or production). Calls are related to Orders, Payment, Marathon, Calendar Diaries and general inquires.
    • Follow up with Temples for payment of their outstanding amounts for BBT/SRST/Tulsi. 
    • Ensure Monthly dispatch of Pamphlets, accounts statements and Inventories to Temples.
    • Responsible for email id which is printed in all our books. Please go through old emails and study the nature of queries /replies etc. 
    • Inform Warehouse about urgent orders and special request from the temples for their book orders. Do not share warehouse contact with any temples. 
    • Details of Consignment dispatched - providing details to the Temple and following up till it reaches them.
    • Sending invoices to temples along with covering letter. Sending cheques to parties along with covering letters. 
    • Handling all documents related to dispatch, payment, general letter correspondences done at front office end.
    • Keep records of all Orders received and updating the details through MIS.
    • Assisting Accounts in drafting letters to temples. 
    • Go through all admin files and understand the filing system and operations. 
    • Study website operation and ensure website orders are dispatched. Back end website works like uploading new book, inventory updation on website. 
    • Infringement / Copyright files study and documentation. 
    • Study files in GMs office and assist GM in necessary filing and correspondence. 
    • Keep records of all Orders received and updating the details through MIS 
    • Overlooking the inventories statement sent to temple.
    • Maintaining Epbax reports
    • Providing Marine declaration, Parcel Declaration and all other export related documents.
    • Coordinating with the CHA agent for export orders.
    • Maintain record of all bank related statements and money received for Tulsi Exports
    • Stationary Stock to be maintained and reordering the same.
    • All books in DTP department to be updated as per NEW print run.
    • All files records in GM room as well as BBT front office to be maintained regularly
    • Keeping track of all courier documents/ Post Parcel etc
    • Keeping track and dispatching all Web Orders
